I hate to be the one asking the the obvious, but are you sure that your truck has a winter-grade washer fluid in it?

FWIW - I once bought fluid that was not supposed to freeze until -30f, and it froze at +30f. I'm assuming it was defective.

Wow... Yeah start with the easy things. If it doesn't work below freezing, common sense would say it is frozen and probably mostly water and not much alcohol. When above freezing pump out all of it and put in some actual washer fluid without adding water and you'll be just fine.

Either that or you have a slight layer of ice on the spray jets. It does not take much to block them. If you hear the pumps running, they are fine. Just park with the front of your truck toward the morning sun if possible. This happened all the time on my 08.

The wipers don't work either?! Take a trip to the dealer and leave overnight.

Yeah, sounds like a defective switch in the wiper motor unit.

Yes, that is called the quick wipe function. Say you get a mist from a passing semi. Just hit "wash" buttom momentarily and should make one wipe pass.

Windshield washer:
Press the end
of the stalk:

briefly: causes a single swipe of
the wipers without washer fluid.

a quick press and hold: the
wipers will swipe three times with
washer fluid.

a long press and hold: the wipers and washer fluid will be activated for
up to ten seconds.
