Default Well This Is An Odd Little Issue

So lately my truck has developed an interesting little bad habit.

When I turn on the ignition my right turn signal goes off and will continue going until I flick the stock to the right like I was making a lane change.

This wouldn't be as annoying if it just limited itself to when I was sitting in my driveway, however when going down the road / highway my right turn signal will once again randomly go off and continue until I cancel it like I mentioned above. People around me must think I'm half asleep. The issue is completely intermittent but it's there. Happens at least once every other day.

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm hoping it's just something simple like a lose wire but who knows with all the computer control in these things.

Hi CDC5.0.

I recommend having a dealer take a look at this concern for you. Once you have a diagnosis, let me know if you need any assistance. I'll take a look at how I can best assist.

Hopefully the issues will occur at the dealership if you choose to take it in. Little food for thought. Video tape the truck doing what you say incase if your truck is like 90% of the vehicles that act right when they are taken to the dealership. Good luck and keep us posted.
