Default Water leak

So my passenger side grab handle is starting to leak inside the cab. Also swing water damage on the headliner too. Anyways to fix this or might know what's leaking?! Help!!

I would guess the antenna right above the passenger seat.
Drips on the headliner and runs down the passenger pillar.

Alright. Is there a way to fix this? Anyone ever remove that antenna to fix this?

Unfortunately no. It's a 2010. Just started leaking yesterday

If you have a sunroof it could be the drain tube

I'm betting its the satellite radio antenna on the roof. There was actually a TSB for this on 2009-2010 trucks.

WATER LEAK AT SATELLITE ANTENNA

FORD:
2009-2010 F-150

ISSUE
Some 2009-2010 F-150 vehicles built at Dearborn Truck Plant (DIP) on or before 1/12/2010, or at Kansas City Assembly Plant (KCAP) on or before 01/18/2010, and equipped with optional Satellite Radio, may exhibit water entry into the passenger compartment near the RH A-pillar assist handle.

ACTION
Follow the Service Procedure to correct the condition.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

1. Remove satellite radio antenna from the vehicle. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 415-00.

a. Completely remove the mounting bolt and retention clip, then compress the plastic pre-position clip and apply upward force on mounting stud of antenna.


2. Clean both cab sheet metal and satellite antenna base sur[aces with 50/50 mix of Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol and water.





3. Place a 1/8" (3.2 mm) bead of Motorcraft(R) High Per[ormance Engine RTV Silicone to the antenna base. (Figure 1)

a. Antenna must be installed within 4 minutes of the start of RTV application.


4. Install antenna base and reassemble interior components. Refer to WSM, Section 415-00.

So if this was an issue, they dealer should be able to fix this problem then and nothing out of pocket I guessing? Kinda hard for me to do this as I didn't get an instruction manual when I bought the truck used
