BTW, with only 6000 Km's after 14 months you need to let me help you break that thing in a little.
Wait - you have 6K on your truck?

I rolled over 43K last week; I've had my '13 since April. The wife's '11 has 25K on it now...

Must be nice to have a choice in dealers too... my next nearest dealer is in Juneau. A 4 hour ferry ride and in the US... so not a real option!

Pleased you got great service and interested to know where.

Cheers
I use Dams Ford the Dealership in Surrey on 104th, they have another one In Langley

They told me Brown Bros Ford In Vancouver is good as well, they seem to a lot of after Market stuff...lifts and have Ford Racing Products and accessories, and Warranty that related stuff more then other dealerships.

I don't use mine enough to pay for that anymore I worked out the cost and how many services id use and was a waste of money for ME, our other truck the FX4 we had that and out other f150 and escape it was mainly for the wife, as she doesn't take care of her vehicle's very well.

no I have 6900Km.. hahahaha it goes to the coffe shop, to errands and the odd trip on the hwy just because.....lol.. I bought it to pull my trailers and sell my camper and go back to a 5th wheel......but that hasn't happened just yet......

Yes mine would have more but Im off work from a car accident, on disability long term. we have 4 vehicles as well our FX4 has almost 90 K now and my 1 ton diesel has 465,000, and my 14 yr old supercharged GTP Grand prix has 136,000K only gets driven 3 summer months of the year.

Yes I have a lot friends with different Vehicles and they all have there stories as well
Ive been lucky since I bought this truck from Dam's, great deal bent over backwards to give better price's on accessories, when it was they asked if id bring it down time to time when a person wants to see a truck with different options and accessories .. like the Katzkin leather and bushwacker and other goodies......they even told me not to trade my jeep in with them cause they would be ripping me off so I sold and made 4 grand more then they would give......sold it in 2 days.......so yes Im Impressed with the dealer and service dept both!

Good Luck!

Corrected TSB 13-1-14

Didn't know there was a TSB for this. What are the build dates affected?
all my TSB's were for the 2012 -2013 trucks.....no idea on dates...if you mean month to month when built.

and some of the TSB's that are stated in here didn't work for my truck they changed a few of them when they went on the dealer hotline....

Good service? Exceptional service? That's the way it's "supposed" to work. Good on ya mate!! Glad to hear your loving your truck even more now with the tight feeling. Imagine if all service dept's at dealers were like that? They couldn't keep enough trucks and cars in stock!
