Warranty Work Performed my My Dealer and Did an awesome job!!
Hi Guys here is the up date on my Truck - 2012 XTR, Scew, Only 6,780 - Km's 14 months old.
5.0, 3:55 Sterling Grey.
Friday Oct 5th 2013 I got my Truck back and was a very Happy Camper again!! I have a big list they fixed was in there 4 days. It only cost me $40.00 for the loaner car.
Rear end - Slapping & Clunking Noise heard in Driveline - Warranty
Checked TSB 13-1-14
Corrected with 13-7-7
Oil Slinger
Seal
Locking Nuts
4 Bolts
Trans - Warranty
Delay when it when into Reverse, and worse on a Grade
Corrected TSB 13-4-15
Reprogram PCM higher calibration
Trans Cold Start - Jerks and lunges until it hits 3rd gear
Corrected TSB 13-1-14
3rd Brake light Leaked and filled with water - Warranty
Corrected TSB 12-4-4
Rear Slider Latch Broke off after First use - Warranty
There is no replacement parts, and had to replace the whole sliding rear window.
Replaced - Needed Ford Approval
Drivers Mirror Poped out
Reinstalled
Rear Door Stopper Broke off - Warranty
Replaced
Retorque Wheels after Tire Rotation and topped up PSI Tire preasure's
Ticking Noise from Engine, nothing done says its from either fuel rail or lifters and is Normal for the 5.0.
My Truck shifts really fast now, and when you nail it off the line with the 34" tires it just Boltz off the Line.....shifts really smooth, no lagging when going into reverse all hesitations gone.
No Noise From the rear end, Brake tested it and truck is quiet.
It Performs better now then it did when it was new, the New TSB's changed it For the Better!!
Hope this helps anyone going through the samething, most of the TSB's are for the 2012 to 2013
ALSO!! had a CSM customer service manager - Jacqueline from Florida checking on things with me and my dealer and dealing with My Dealer's Service Manager! she called me all the time to check up see how things were going.
I was very Impressed with the whole situation from my Dealer and Ford!
Bianca on F150 Forum got the ball rolling and I was Impressed with her also! if you have Problems check with her and state your problems.

Yes Im hoping the same, I even had Ford Customer Service Manager from Florida checking into everything and talking with my Dealer, I was very Impressed with the whole situation. So far this dealer and its service has just been on top of everything.

I've got the click/pop under acceleration or going into reverse. I know there's a thread on it someplace, but I'm afraid my dealer is going to give me crap about the blocks and level and try to pin the problems on that. I also have the seeping dif cover. Glad you got yours fixed though!

Good to hear grant! Wish I could say the same for my warranty work, the past 3 trips have left my time wasted and truck worse off than it was before.

That's a good deal Grant. It's always good to hear about a dealer that cares about it's customers.
BTW, with only 6000 Km's after 14 months you need to let me help you break that thing in a little.
