Default Wanna see smooth fender flares.

Lift/wheels/tires is done,I want fender flares but would like to see some with and without the pocket,it seems the pocket flares are what I see the most of but can't make up my mind.Below is a pic of the truck.

Lund oem style smooth flares.

Yes they are paintable, I even bought the oem tri stage ruby red to do it but liked the contrast so I left them natural.

They give 1½" extra coverage.

Is that 1.5" more than the OEM "flares" (it's a joke to call them flares) that are already on my FX4? Or is that 1.5" more than having NO flares at all?

Beautiful truck man! I almost didn't notice the hood deflector or the window visors due to the black on black, but at least it blends in well and almost doesn't even get noticed (i'm not a fan of the look of those) ... but the rest of the trucks looks amazing.

As for flares, it looks like you need them to keep flinging rocks off the truck due to the wide tires and wheel offset ... so if it were me, I'd get the Bushwacker flares already mentioned, and have them painted to match.

If you can deal with only a little more coverage, I'd do the ones Rnlcomp mentions ... I'm considering those for my truck since I have just a slightly wider than normal stance.

I removed the exact OE flares, and installed the Bushwacker Extend-A-Fender Flares.

BTW: I just lifted my son's truck 2 days ago and will be getting the Lund flares that Rnlcomp is running for his truck... Rnlcomp has a great looking truck too, and those flares looks great on his.
Good luck with your choices... you have a few!
