Vinyl emblem overlay

Honestly? I think it looks like someone covered an emblem with a sticker... Looks pretty dumb, IMO. Just a big gray oval...
And selling them for $20 is outrageous. I've got a vinyl plotter and a 1x33 foot roll of quality outdoor vinyl costs about $25; and that oval shape couldn't be simpler to design and cut...

I can see what you were trying to do - but it doesn't quite work for me. Plus the creases on the rear badge make it look cheap and nasty.
A few years ago I remember mates removing their badges, and sanding off the blue from behind and then repainting them in their desired colour. This then leaves the black Ford writing still in place and looks almost factory.
Not sure if this is feasable on the new badges.

Custom die-cuts look too legit, pm me for prices and ordering info... Any color, any size, all you do is paint/plasti-dip the emblem first in whatever color you want for a one-off oval that no one else has, overlays look like stickers.
