VIN Question
So, I have a 2014 5.0 XTR Scab that I purchased last year. When I put insurance on it the VIN came up as a FX4 Scab. So i recently googled my VIN and sure enough comes up as an FX4 Scab instead of XTR Scab. Are they all like this or just mine? And does it matter?

XTR = Canada thing. It's an XLT with upgrades. But, nothing says the dealer that ordered it didn't start with the FX4 and added the XTR portion. Some of the options available for the XTR are already on the FX4.
Probably a smart move by the dealer instead of ordering and XLT and adding what amounts to some FX4 upgrades then adding the XTR for cost considerations he started with the FX4 and went from there. Probably a $$ saver for the dealer...all speculation of course...but that's what I would do.

Post the vin# I can run it thru Ford's database and see what they call it.
