Default Upgrading brakes, and darn are the new brakes sweet!

Check out these rotors from StopTech.

Icing on the cake is that StopTech offers kits (rotors & pads) that are just slightly more pricey than standard OE replacements.

I also decided to upgrade the calipers.

Next up, custom exhaust.

I agree boss. For some reason they did not upload properly. Will edit post later in the week when I am in front of a desktop.

Here is the rotor and caliper together.

I'll update images when the brakes are on the rig.

Might look like these, I did front and rear on mine and got rid of the PowerStops. I kept my old Calipers though.

I did the Powerstop rotor upgrade due to vibration. Threw on some caliper covers to keep the brake dust off my wheels, they work good, still using oem pads. Low mileage.

An upgrade is an upgrade!

I will be comparing the new ones to a pretty high standard. As mentioned before, my stock Motorcraft rotors have made it to 175K miles. They will be retired on Friday.

Did you boys go with "street" pads or something more aggressive?

I def want to get a full comparison going here.

That blows my mind as my oem rotors started shaking @ 3000 miles. Could have had them replaced under warranty but I wanted like you said "an upgrade"

Sometimes you get lemons that you just can't turn into lemonade.

In all candidness, I have always gone ridiculous miles on my rotors. I have a heavy foot on the gas and not so much on the brakes!
