^Agreed. I just bought a 2011 and have no regerets after seeing the 2012. I hate the color red (so the badges do nothing for me). I would have taken all the stickers off too. I do think the new sticker is better than 2011s though. I took those FX4 stickers off at the dealership.
The uphill control is actually a nice feature that I wish I had though, because I have a steep driveway that I do roll back a bit on when i first put it in reverse. Not biggy though.
And I just bought my 20" Novakanes so the wheel upgrade while nice if you dont plan on going aftermarket, would have been replaced anyway.

Black 20" wheels with the "FX appearance package" was disclosed some time ago in the 2012 order guide and 2012 dealer guide, but some of the other cosmetic details on the FX appearance are new.
Still would like to learn more details on the "new four-wheel drive system that includes an automatic mode". Same as the expedition? Something more sophisticated?
For my needs, that's the only new feature in the 2012's that would tempt me.

Don't dig the red piping on the FX appearance package at all. A bit of a step backwards from the fantastic looking interior in the FX luxury package.
Or the funky side stripes and red highlighted F150 badges.

I love it. Definitely would have chosen this option package if it had been available on the 11's. Oh well. I bet it actually wouldn't be difficult to add a lot of the exterior things to one such as the red badges and black grille. Don't know if i would go for the gray stripe but i like the rest of it.

Not a fan of the rims. Yes they are black but they still look like crap...probably would have cost too much with not enough profit margin/return to design a really nice looking black rim when there are so many possibilities with a nice flat black that you can already buy.
Although I will prolly snag a set of the red badges if they look good in person to add to mine. Although why have the red badging and then not swap out/redesign the blue Ford logos on the tail gate and grille. Its like the Ford design team tried to go all bad *** and then remembered they liked milk instead of scotch...
