Default Update Sync, now Navigation is gone on my 2013 Limited. HELP!!!

I updated sync to 3.8 and now my navigation does not work. I just says information on the upper right hand side.

Anyone experience this? How can I resolve this?

I've tried key cycles and master reset, unplug the negative to the battery, pull the fuse, etc....

Please help!

Are you still under warranty? Go visit a dealer.

Isn't sync up to v. 4.something now, check if you have another update available

My ford touch is at V3.8

Hi Polak,

I regret to hear that you have this issue. However, you will need to take the vehicle in to the dealership to have them reinstall the Nav screen for you.

I had the same problem when I tried updating my sync on my '14 with added navigation. The file that was supplied online disabled the Nav and left me with a info screen and compass.
I went online with my buddy's vin# (his truck is a '13 and has Nav installed at build) and installed his update and it came back.
