Excellent idea. For the life of me I can get the back seat to come down in my '11 SCrew. I am going to build one of these. Thanks

There really insnt room back there for anything more than a thin amp or something, but if its like the 2010s then it can be a bitch figuring it out but its simple once you get it, did you read any of the threads about it? feel back there and when you find what you think its the pin bring your hand closer to the front of the truck pressing in on the felt around the back of the seat and you will find the real pin. bottom of seat must be in folded up position and the pin is kinda right behind the headrest. it pushes twards the back of the truck a little and then kinda up, but if you just pull it up while pushing twards the back of the truck at like a 45 degree angle it should work fine. There are threads with pics, some better than others that will make it easier to visualize what you have to do. If its different than the 2010s then i have no idea, sorry.

I searched all over and saw the pics but I am doing something wrong. I will try what you posted.

Ok, the time has come for me to do this mod, but I just realized I have a factory sub under there, anyone do this with the sub? Did you go out around it or just up to it?

Default Good idea

Good work guys. I just hate talent.
I have the sub box back there too. Looking for more storage as well.
But most of the time, the seats are up and the whole back area is for my yellow Lab.

Ok, got a good start. Just need to decide if I wanna do some more trimming and then put the carpet on. Also have not figured out how to restrain it exactly yet. Was unable to find nylon strapping or buckles when I looked at Menards. Where did you get yours from OP? If youre still around. heres a couple pics for you guys, I think it looks pretty good, though not sure how i like that it sticks out past the seat at the back. Gonna take lots of creative trimming to get it to fit better though, so I might decide to live with it and just drill a hole in the metal bracket at the back there and secure it that way. What do you guys think?

Looks Great!

My buckles came from Shopping carts at WALMART .
Someone said that you can cut the buckles from Dog collars as well... but that will increase the price a bit.
