Are there any differences in the front coils and rear leaf springs of 2009-2014 F150 2 wheel drive, all wheelbases and cab sizes, regular cab supercab and supercrew, and bed sizes 5.5' - 6.5'?

The reason I am asking is because I am looking into purchasing a 2/4 lowering kit for my truck. Ground Force #9861 kit consists of front lowering coil springs and new rear leaf springs. Their website shows it to fit 2009-2013 cab sizes supercab and supercrew but no mention of regular cab. I have emailed them regarding fitment but have not received a response in over 2 weeks.

If the rear leaf springs for 2009-2014 2 wheel drive F150's are the same for all cab & bed sizes, I don't see why the kit should not fit?

So, does someone know if the rear leaf springs are the same?

The front coil/strut are different in '14 the lower strut mounting is different. Basically the lower control arm is different ad the strut accommodates it

The struts and the lower control arms are different for 2014, but are the coils the same?

Also, any differences between the leaf springs on a regular cab and the leaf springs on a supercrew?
