Pretty sure they were turned off on my '13 by default, and I had to turn them on in the center dash LCD display.

I believe I have seen the option in my instrument cluster as well. It is buried in settings, you can disable it, like you can the sway controls.

Oh I figured it out, I was using the MyKey key, with limited options! Who knew! The admin key was apparently my spare.

The key I am using is programmed as My Key also

Cleared the MyKey and now I have the option. I have been having this dang truck for almost 3 years and just assumed there wasn't a way to turn it off. Thanks for the info
