Default Turbo noise or something else

Had what I thought was the sound of the turbo fan hitting the housing walls under acceleration. Ford said the same thing. So I bought a new turbo cartridge and installed it into the drivers side turbo. But the noise still exists. Its a high pitched sound that I hear while starting to accelerate, but once up to speed if I let off the gas a bit and just cruise its gone. If I sit in the driveway and just rev the engine I don't hear anything. Where do I even start looking?

I think I found my own answer, after watching 50+ videos I found the one that sounded exactly like my truck and its an exhaust manifold leak. I guess that will be next on my list.
