I just order my tuner from 5 Star tuning.

Next in line will be the upgrade on the gears, depending on how much of a change I see with the custom tunes from 5 star.

That's what I did. Tune, then gears. Both made a good difference, but I'm running stock tires and went from 3.31 to 3.73.

The tune made the truck feel healthy and keeps the transmission in the correct gear for power, vs running straight to 6th for fuel economy. It also takes the lag out of the throttle.

The gear swap made the truck feel 1,000 lbs lighter.

I also have a 6.5" lift and 35's.
Do you mind posting a pic of your truck? I have 20's now, but I have 22's on order! It won't let me view the pics in your profile.
I have 3.55 gears, and I've been considering doing the 4.10 swap. I'm kinda weary of doing a tuner.
