Running board bolt size
After doing some research on here I'm still having a hard time finding the exact bolt size that I would need to attach these running boards. Also what all is needed besides the bolts will I need to attach them. Pic attached of running boards I'm getting for reference.

If it's anything like the aftermarket boards you'll need bolts, washers and some nuts that can sit in the factory holes. I'm not sure you'll find all that stuff at a hardware store though.
Here's an install sheet for an aftermarket set:

They are M8 x 1.25 "U" Nut (16 needed) - Ford part # HN1, and M8 x 1.25 x 25 Bolt (16 needed) - Ford part # HB1.
Found these are available at advance auto parts (simply change the zip code at the end of the link to get pricing for your area):

Also, for future reference the attached diagram is available at www.fordparts.com. Simply enter VIN #, Year/Make/Model, or Part# to look things up. I've found it to be quite useful from time to time, it isn't perfect but helps. As an added bonus if you create a login and select a dealership there is generally a discount that can be had by ordering online (my dealership discounts are around 20-25% depending on original price).
