Mac Haik in Houston has 397 F150's on the ground right now as I read this - there's got to be a 5.0 FX4 in there somewhere...

Default New FX4

I just bought an 5.0L FX4 in KS on July 1st. Got almost $10,000 off including rebates. So, you should be able to find your deal at another dealership. However, available rebates decreased by $1,000 on July 2nd here.

OP, if you are still around and looking, i know the GM over at planet in spring. pm me if you are interested. he'll shoot you the price over the phone, i'm willing to bet the best price you've seen to this point. if he don't have the truck on his lot that you want, he'll go get it for you. like i said, pm me if you are still looking.

Try Autonation on I-10. Check their Internet price and finance through ford for the extra $1000.00 then refinance if you want with your lender. I looked at one fully loaded plus bed liner for $37,900.

Stay away from all Planet Fords, had employees stealing customer identities a little while back. Mak Haik service dept screwed me over in the past so I always avoid them.

funny you mention autonation. i just had their site up. i was taking vin numbers from there in inputting them into the forum decoder. none of the msrp's or invoice prices came close to matching.

never heard about stealing, but i can safely say that i have referred probably 20 people or so to planet in spring who will attest to the great deal they got from there.

Hey MrMac, where in KS are you? I'm in Wichita and I just purchased my 13 FX4 on the 28th of June at Mel Hambelton Ford. I got about 11k off. Tons of trucks and good dealership.

I would second Bluebonnet Ford in New Bransfels. Call Marty, he'll take great care of you. Tell him John Sullivan sent you.

They are the number one volume dealer in Texas, period, and get special pricing from Ford because of it. They were almost $3,000 lower than anyone else in Texas on my truck. No one else could come close.
