Looks like the clamp is pushed too far up into the rail. There are multiple adjustments on the clamps, have you tired changing to a different position? How about sliding the clamp downward towards the bed?

Yea, Stage3 suggested moving them down and that's what I did and seems to have helped.

Hi, One of the steel bars came loose from the nylon/velcro connector. I contacted Rhonda Lande at Truxedo and because my cover was installed at the dealer and I wasn't charged for it, the dealer threw the tonneau cover and bed liner in as a closing deal, and it is not listed on my bill of sale she would not do anything under warranty, even though I was told I had a 5 year warranty and all my date codes show that is was manufactured in 2013, all she would do is offer me another cover at a discounted price, I was kind of taken back on this, being a Ford OEM supplier that the cover would have ripped to begin with and also that she would not replace it.

Sorry. That sounds like crap. The Lo Pro has a lifetime warranty not a 5 year.

Either way, the warranty is worthless because I don't have proof of purchase. I am looking into another brand of tonneau cover, Truxedo lost a good customer.

Did you not register your warranty info when you took delivery?

Go back to the dealership, they paid for it, put it on, have them contact truxedo on your behalf. They sell a lot of covers through dealerships, they don't want to lose that relationship.
