Totally Unnecessary. Take your hostile comments elsewhere. There will be no bashing in the thread. Contrary to your comment, I actually DO know ****. Younger people aren't idiots.

On a relevant note, I just touched base with Tracey at Ford of Canada. She will be talking with my dealership later today and be calling me back with progress. Seems to be going OK so far on the customer service front..whether they fix my truck or not is what I am really concerned about.

Good to hear. I agree with you, the customer service is great, a fixed truck is better.

Right now, I'll list off the things that need to be repaired.

I will keep this thread updated with progress and/or discrepancies, and what the resolution is. Stay tuned.

Really hope Ford pulls through for me.
Hi HardcoreFXFour,

I responded to your other thread a few minutes ago. As I said, I see that you are working with Tracy; you are in very capable hands. Let me know if I can do anything else to help.

Just because he is young doesn't mean he "don't know ****". That's about the dumbest thing I have seen on here in a while! Hell I am young but I can promise you when it comes to cars and trucks I know a whole lot more than my fair share. As far as the ford service department goes I know a hell of a lot more about my truck than the people that work on it, and I know this because a lot of the people in the service department at my local dealership are friends of mine and don't know half of what I do about my truck, and even cars in general sometimes. As far as rdkev goes I have seen many things he has posted and he definitely seems to know his stuff, hardcore seems to be the same way. If you have something as stupid to say as that, just take it on somewhere else cause that is just about ignorant.

Which other thread are you referring to? Either way, Tracy is plenty courteous. Hopefully she can get some push to the dealer to get a resolution. Like I said, great customer relations is only half the story. But I will withhold all judgement until I get some answers.

Thanks for the help thus far in passing me to the CSM, Bianca.

The dealer gave me a cab with a driver who kept farting and hotboxing it in the car. It was also rush hour and he drove like a moron. Almost dry-heaving by the time I got home. Took me 3 hours from the time of truck drop-off to walking in my door.

Dealer just started "working" on the truck today. I just touched base with Tracy this morning to get the process going. She is going to check up on the progress later today and give me a call, at which point I will update this thread for my fellow forum homies who are following my progress.

Sketchy? He has zero info at this point.

They gave him a cab voucher because he isnt the minimum age for a rental vehicle (and I think this is the rental agency policy not Ford)...

So who knows how it will turn out, but why start condemning the results before they are even in?
