Dude I know! It's so stressful and so annoying. Especially when your truck is a pretty heavy financial burden and you can't enjoy it. Canada and their drinking age

I'm 24 and still get disrespected. It won't stop for many years. They see a young kid with a nice vehicle and instantly become little ****** to deal with, especially when we know our ****.

Yep. Absolutely ridiculous. I have trouble not being bitter and cold to the ford people, I get a terrible feeling every time I pull into the service department.

Hope all goes good. I've been in the same situation as you with a different brand. Good luck!

I'm having the same speaker issues. Looking forward for your feedback.

Tried buying a truck from Maclin, waited a week for them to bring in a truck that was a SuperCab with 18's instead of a Supercrew with 20's. Refuse to deal with them since the general manager cussed us out over the whole ordeal. Universal is good, but all the politics are the same. I will never do business with the wood auto group again. Screwed me over more than I'd like to admit.

Maclin has the best service, I don't know about sales just having dealt with them briefly was enough to know not to buy from them, but their techs and service department are good. The parts guy (younger) is a bit of a moron when it comes to ordering stuff. I've had 3 vehicles there and they got the service issue right all 3 times no return or questions and they seem very good at describing your issue in detail before it goes in which is 50% of the battle.

Once you realize and admit you actually don't know ****, you'll get the respect you deserve.
