Don't know. They do a tiny little road test to verify. Not happy with how it turned out at all.

So very disappointed. I was really hoping that everything would work out.

Ford doesn't give two ****s about its customers anymore, it seems. I've had the same encounters you have had, and I will not buy another Ford product because of it.

Mustang AND the 2011 F350. I'm beyond sick of the **** quality of these vehicles... Lol, probably been in the dealership 15 times. Mustang was lemon-lawed for the suspension. About to start it on the F350.

Good luck anywhere else, customer service is lacking everywhere. Really disappointing with how much money we spend on vehicles.

Aww ****... if it's any conciliation my '13 FX4's interior which is barely two weeks old rattles like a ****, and the Mustang which is barely 3 months old is having suspension problems. WTF is happening to Ford?
