LoL for that money might as well get a chauffeured stretch limo to drive you to/back from work each way.

I did.... a dealer denied my warantee claim because of the color of my mirror reflectors. Ford warantees indeed suck.

Hardcore, hope everything gets worked out for your truck. I'm also under 21 so I can't get a rental for when they need to keep my truck over night for a super hard shift from 1-2. I hope I have no more problems with this truck! If I do it's gonna be gone!

Unreal. UNREAL.

Still haven't gotten a call this morning from either my dealer or CSM. I'll wait until lunch, then give Tracy a call to touch base.

Keep us updated, and whatever you do, DO NOT let this one go. Fight tooth and nail to get it fixed... It just isn't right to let them "get away" with it.

I won't back down. Gonna stand my ground, won't be turned around. Gonna keep this Ford from draggin' me down, and I won't back down.

Good to hear. I didn't read through the ENTIRE thread but if you haven't already try contacting the Canadian ford customer service rep on here... They will escalate it for you and that should get it taken care of. Good luck.

I am currently "talking" to Tracy at FoMoCo Canada. Haven't touched base with her yet today. I plan to do so once my last class is over.

***UPDATE***

Left my service advisor a voicemail about 30 minutes ago. Took back my words "Take as long as you need" and put a bit of a push on things. He phoned me back 10 minutes later and said they have been working on the truck all day, and have "found" the rear end noise (duh..). He said he has a new driveshaft en route. Never said anything about a TSB. I have my doubts that that will fix it, as I believe Grant (GGG) had a new driveshaft installed on the truck and it was still making the noise. But I will let them diagnose it themselves and let them do their thing. They will be able to tell if the truck still makes the noise or not. At least I will be able to tell!

He told me that they have not been able to find the noise in the front end, and don't know whether it's the steering rack or otherwise. At this point I am letting them figure it out for themselves. He never mentioned the leveling struts, so right now It's looking good.

The rest of the issues have been corrected such as the rear plug, speaker etc.

I'm not sure if it was his wording that made me feel more positive, or if things are actually looking good. He told me that the truck will be ready tomorrow. Haven't talked to the CSM yet today. One part of me thinks that she has been railing into the dealer behind the scenes to get **** done, but another part of me thinks there's no influence and it's actually just a good dealer. Stay tuned, you guys know as much as I do at this point. I am glad things seem positive. Keep up whatever it is you are doing, Ford. I really want to be able to give a positive outcome in this thread! I know for sure that tomorrow will not be the end of the story though.

Thanks everyone for the support so far, keep on supporting!
