Too many started already. But enough about that for now.

Ok the first thing I will agree with is taking the risk! So what you are saying is that your truck is 100% stock correct? If so you assume no risk and I agree,, so now lets say I look at risk factor... If I had a sticker on top of my valve cover I won't assess much as far as risk factor would you agree?? so lets say that risk factor is measured at 100. So that sticker would be a 1. Now if I throw a supercharger on that engine and have it tuned to the max I would use a risk factor of 100.... do you agree?? Lets say you do.... so putting anything in your mind on or in the truck that didn't come from the factory includes a risk such as having a flashlight in the glove box,,, of course the TPMS computer is located to the exact right of the glove box and you would be completely ok with Ford saying that since you had a flashlight next to the TPMS and it didn't come with a flashlight then you have voided the warranty!! Because that is almost as bad as what is being stated. Now I will agree that altering the suspension would be a higher risk factor for voiding the suspension but it won't be for the air conditioning. But again Ford needs to be called out on it because they need to prove that what is added is directly the cause of failure and as like many things in this country,,, it is your need to prove it didn't instead of them proving it did! So In comes your statement that I agree with..... a 100% stock truck has no risk factor but putting a flashlight, floor mats, air freshener or anything not stock has a risk,,, but again that is Ford's way of thinking and not other manufactures...

Nothing you stated is relevant to modifications that knowingly place a vehicle warranty in jeopardy. Those things might be used (doubtful) but none of it was mentioned anywhere in this bat crazy thread.

My 2005 jeep grand Cherokee kept ripping cv boots and the dealer kept replacing them under warranty. I told them it had leveling kit on it and they told me they didn't care about the lift others had the same problem. Chrysler knows how to use common sense and Ford doesn't that's crazy. I'll probably change truck brands when I hit 100,000. 49k to go , hope it'll last that long. Next time you go to buy a Ford truck ask them what kinda discount you can get on the truck, for not taking the 3yr/36k warranty. When they ask why you don't want it you can tell them ford doesn't warranty 65% of the stuff they should.

Edit: wow, it all ran together after editing a word.
Oh well !!! FIGURE IT OUT. lol good luck op.

Funny thing about our electronic steering racks, we aren't supposed to hit our tie rods out of the knuckle with a hammer. Ford says that can cause damage to the rack. That sure makes me feel great about the Built Ford Tough slogan

Not relevant??????
So then all of this (your) crap is or was???

Once you realize and admit you actually don't know ****, you'llget the respect you deserve.

My comment had nothing to do with age. Claiming "I know my****" will always get you in trouble. Nothing hostile. People that trulyknow their **** have absolutely no reason to proclaim so. One of the smartestthings you can ever do is let your actions speak for you.

Put yourself in ford's shoes. What would you do?

Then use your brain a little more... You sold a thing... Youwarranty that thing the way you sold it... The thing was modified... The personyou sold it to expects you to fix it regardless of the modifications. What isyour answer?

Really doesn't matter who made the parts

You chose to make modifications to your vehicle. Doesn't matterwho did the work or the parts that were used. Read the warranty terms again. It's all there.

You decide to make mods to your vehicle under warranty, beprepared to live with the consequences. Not saying the problems you mentiondon't exist. The choice to modify your vehicle runs the risk of being excludedfrom a well known problem.

Or... Some people will ignore what they agreed to and do whateverthey want anyway. You make a choice, live with it. If you said your vehicle wascompletely stock and you were denied warranty it'd be a completely differentstory.

I was trying to rationalize the only one comment you made that belonged in this thread! and or made any sense as to taking a risk. Check the OP mods and tell me what in his list is your definition of modification? Sure I talked about a sticker but I also mentioned supercharging and suspension lifts! I strongly suggest you look at the post below and read it then come back here and post some more of your crap! You must own stock in Ford! But reading your posts and the way you avoid questions I have to say,,,, using your own words!!! "you actually don't know ****"
Have a nice day!!

Yup. Still waiting. It is currently 6:07 AM here in Calgary, I'll give them the rest of the day, I'm not missing it anyway. I've got another F-150 at home (that happens to be modded AND problem free. Say whaaaaa?) I can use for my truck fix, and for my quading trip this weekend.. I told them to take as long as they need to fix it.

Tracy was going to talk to the dealer yesterday and phone me. Don't know if she has yet, but I didn't expect the dealer to get everything done in one day. I have asked for a lot of work.

You can bet your truck is just sitting on the lot being on untouched.

Left early this morning and drove through the lot. Couldn't scope out my POS.

Still though, I regret saying "take as long as you need" should've told him I was using his cab vouchers for my 2 hour morning commute! Hell, the cab meter to get me home was $110. Yikes!!
