Default Truck bed Storage Drawers

Been looking awhile, but I think I might have found a reasonable setup -
http://bedslideoutdrawers.com/bed_bo...ox_series.html

also looked at
http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc1...&storeId=10051

http://truckvault.com/ProductsByVehi...CID=SO&VTID=PU

Does anyone have a take on any of these or other suggestions? Truck vault seems nice, but too expensive and I am leaning towards the bed slide out drawers.

Thanks

I have an uncle that built his own out of wood that looks just like those, certain cheaper than 4,000, DAMN!!!! He has a topper on it and keeps all his fishing stuff in the drawers and his dogs ride on top of it.

I wanted to do somethings like this in my Toyota Landcruiser SUV, but after looking at those prices a wooden shelf will work for now.

Yeah no doubt. $$$$$$$$$$

Didn't think those drawers looked big enough to hold her, but for that kind of scratch, Maria Menounos better come in the bottom one....

The One I am looking at is just under half that. Seen the wood ones to but the right drawer hardware alone to slide and such is about $400 from what I've read elsewhere.

Why not contact one of the custom bed slide builders and build one that has a bed slide built on top? I considered putting drawers under my BedSlide but opt'd not to lose any additional clearance under the tonneau cover. But I've seen it done.

You could build one out of wood then fiberglass it for weather resistance. I made a truck tool box. Worked great. Just an Idea.

I looked into a bedslide on top as well, figured set it up so I could have full bed width and have the drawers below take the space between the wheel wells, but clearance is a concern as I'll eventually have a canopy and need room for large dog kennels.

Good ideas, I may have to look a bit closer at a bed slide, with maybe just building my own top cover with the drawers being on the slide.

Thanks for the info, just checked them out. If I had a shorter box that would work out, but it looks like the depth/length only goes to 48".
