Default Trouble Code PO13C

So I have a check engine light on and my scan gauge says it is PO13C. I cleared the code to see if it would come back as it was very cold that day so I assumed it was a error as it happened in my old jeep a lot. Now it is back again a month later and when I search for the meaning of the code there are some vague references to an oxygen sensor. Does anyone know if that code really is for an O2 sensor or know of a website I can find what the code actually means. I plan on taking it to the dealer in a couple weeks when I have the time as my vent fans are erratically working also but if the code means something major I will take it in now. Truck runs fine and MPG is not affected.

For reference my truck is a 2011 5.0. It has an Airaid intake and Magnaflow exhaust. I was told those things make O2 sensors act up but that was just people talking.

Thanks in advance.
