Update. Local dealer replaced some of the solenoids. Strange thing was this problem was affecting the remote start as well. Only time will tell if this fixes the problem.

Issue seems to be resolved once I went back for a second time. They finally replaced the solenoids in the transmission. I still have other issues that need to be resolved. DTE til empty / "on empty light" is not accurate. One day the light comes on at 112 Km til empty. The next fill up it comes on at 36 km til empty. Remote start is intermittent. Anyhow to answer your Q ... Yes I can drive and the transmission shifts as it should but seems harder on gas now.

All fixed they replace the transmission solenoids. Still other issues to get resolved but I can drive with more then 3 gears. Have a Happy New Year 🎉🎆🎊🎇
