Default Transmission Output Shaft

New to the forums, my truck is an 11 F150 SCREW 2wd EB. I bought it new, currently has 11k miles. I've had highway speed vibration issues since day one (pass seat shake), clunk when shifting from R to D, and a mild shudder at take off. Dealer road forced tires and reflashed the computer, but nothing changed. They said it was normal.

While changing the oil this past weekend, I inspected the driveshaft and I noticed that I have a lot of play at the output of the trans. Can't move it in and out, but you can grab the yoke and move it radially 1/8" in all directions. This seemed very odd to me as this is a sign of problems on most transmissions. Is this a normal trait of the 6R80 or do I need to get this looked at?

Doesn't seem normal at all. My s-i-l has an 2011 and it rides smooth as a Caddy. Sane with my 2008.

The dealer is full of chit saying its normal. Can you try another dealer?

Well if it isn't normal, its common. Searching for "seat shake" brings up a lot of owners with this issue over the past few years. We took an identical 2011 off the lot for a spin and it was actually worse than mine (highway vibration and clunk). I also rented a 2012 for work and it didn't vibrate or clunk.
