Default 2009-14 F150 pictures

I have a 2013 FX4 Supercab with 20” factory wheels. I will be adding a Fox 2.0 Coil over 2” leveling kit with SPC Upper control arms. I’ve decided to keep the black 20” factory sport wheels but I’m looking for a more aggressive stance with bigger tires to fill the wheel well and a little poke (nothing crazy though).

I am planning to install 1.25” or 1.5” Bora wheel spacers in the front (and 1/2” thicker spacers in the rear), and I’m now looking to see what tires will fit that arrangement with no major trimming or mods (minor trimming is fine). I’m thinking 285/60R20 but was curious if there are others that have had success with a similar arrangement I’m describing. Pics and specifications would be awesome. I’ll post mine when all the modifications are done in a month or so.

mjpb...
Given that you're only increasing the diameter by 5% (31.9" to 33.5"), the tire width by 4% (10.8" to 11.2") and the sidewall width by 12% (6" to 6.7") there shouldn't be any need for leveling and/or wheel adapters (unless you're doing them for cosmetic reasons).

Even 295/60x20 should/would be OK (with perhaps minor trimming), since the diameter increase would be 6% (31.9" to 33.9"), the tire width by 7% (10.8" to 11.6"), and the sidewall width by 17% (6" to 7").

With the level and wheel adapters, 305/60x20, 315/60x20, or perhaps even 325/60x20 should be possible, though the recommended rim width is > 8".

reference:

Tire Size Calculator ««« -click-
» Tire Comparison
*note(1): Stock F-150 size is 275/55x20

*note(2): Stock Raptor size is 315/70x17 (also an 8" wide rim) and the spec's are - 34.4" (diameter), 12.4" (thread width), 9" (sidewall width). Reason for including this factoid is that several have swapped-in Raptor wheels with minor or no-trimming issues without leveling and/or wheel adapters.

Factory 20" Platinum wheels. Tire is a P275/60R20 (33"). Rear is stock height, front is Bilstein at the 1.5" setting. Not a single hint of rubbing or interference anywhere. The bigger wheels/tires did make the truck feel a lot more sluggish and I lost an mpg or two.

Custom Offsets will have tons of pics of exactly what you’re after.

im running 305/55r20’s with a 1.25” spacer. No rub.

i wouldnt go .5” wider in the rear, our track widths are pretty much spot on. Unlike those OBS chevy trucks from the late 90’s or early 2000’s.

The back tire is a little hard to see in this pic

I dunno whose black truck that is. I just parked next to it

Both of these two are similar angles but slightly off to show the front protrusion from the rear
