I don't think so. Toyo's website has been frustrating me. They don't tell you exactly which sizes are extreme or if you can get certain sizes in either regular or extreme. All I've found is the description they give of the extreme which is deeper tread depth and a more aggressive tread and shoulder design. With that said, the 275/65's show to have the same tread depth of the 305/55's. But from the pics I have seen on here, they don't look to be the extremes...

If you look at the chart on their website, the LT's and flotation sizes have a e/10 next to them. The key at the bottom mentions nothing, about that designation, but it does seem to correspond to their larger sizes and could mean "extreme". The 275/65 does have the E10 marker though...
