The silver painted trim around the door handle on the inside of my 2012 FX4 has a scratch and I want to touch it up. Does Ford sell the paint or does anyone know the color.

 

SEM sells a paint that matches it.. any auto paint shop will be able to match it for u. 20$ for a whole can

 

i have bought spray touch up interior paint in the past but not lately. check with parts dept. use to be common to order interior pieces and was the luck of the draw what color you got and paint to match.

 

Napa sells spray cans for $12, but I was hoping to find a paint marker.

 

I needed the same color a couple of weeks ago. I went to the dealership and asked and he said they use to but no longer can get it. Apparently there business plan worked because I ordered a new piece of trim last week($85). I would still check with your local dealer just to make sure. Good luck.

 

I went to the dealership Friday and the parts guy ran my VIN to find the color. It's charcoal and they sell a touchup marker for $10.
