Total Electrical failure....Almost
Hopefully someone can explain this...........2012 SCrew Ecoboost FX-2
Go to dentist appointment. Forget wallet in truck. Un-lock truck with key-fob, all normal. Come back out, put key in ignition, and nothing. Not even a click. Cigarette lighter, horn, power seat, power mirrors work, but nothing else, not even the dome light. Tried spare key-fob, nothing.
Upon wife's suggestion, I dis-connected the battery for a "re-boot". Now everything is fine. Is this a glitch in the security system? Anyone else experience this?

Never had that happen to me, but yes like you said it does sound like it reset the system that was locked up. Seen a loose battery ground many times cause problems such as this though even though it feels snug
