I know this has been posted a bunch of times in one way or another, but I'm having trouble finding the answer, or pics. Anyone on here have a 13th gen cap on a 12th gen truck? I know at the end of the day it would probably fit, just looking to see if there would be any weird or goofy looks or functionality issues. Thanks!

 

The tailgate for one will be an issue. Look at a 13th gen tailgate, it has a spoiler looking thingy on it so the door of the topper is molded around that. it probably wont seal to a 12th gen gate.

 

There is a plastic piece that attaches to the rear cap window that is shaped to fit the tailgate. You MIGHT be able to just buy that part from the manufacturer that made the cap to make it fit different tailgates. Never tried to do that and it might not be possible. But it doesn't hurt to ask.
