YMMV, but most of the covers I've seen say they'll fit 2004-2014 F-150s, so you should be in the clear, so long as the new truck and the old truck have the same length bed.

For instance, my BAK Roll-X says it'll fit 2004-2014 F-150s with the 6.5' bed - and my truck is a 2011.
