Default Tonneau cover questions...

Ok, need several opinions here. I researched a bit but want to get some fresh first hand opinions. Going to get a tonneau cover for my 2013 F150 and was wondering which one to get. I do not want a fiberglass raise up on. I want some that's flush and inconspicuous. I'll be putting luggage and guitars and stuff in the back, so it needs to really good at being water resistant. Also has to lock. Some I've looked at are Peragon, BAKFlip, and Retrax, but haven't heard any real world opinion on them yet. So what do you guys think?

Love my Peragon. I've had it on my truck for 5 or 6 months now, & it's been great. Easy to open, easy to close.
Supposed to be easy to remove as well, but I have not needed to take the cover out yet.

Not water proof, but very close to it. I tend to find a few drips around the edges after a heavy rain, or a power carwash.

I had the bed full of luggage, & other items I did not want to get wet, during an 8 hour drive a couple months ago. Rained almost the entire time, & when we got home & unloaded, the most water any of it got on it was while we unloaded in the rain.

Company was great to deal with, Heath is on the forum pretty regularly.
Wouldn't trade mine for any other cover I've seen out there so far.

I've been leaning towards Peragon. I love the fact it takes up like no room and you can remove it.

That's my second choice. The only thing I don't like about that is when it's open, it covers up your back window.

sorry but it's not really hail proof. The HD has an aluminum top so it is prone to denting. If you want hail proof, need to get the F1 cover with the FRP top panels.

But the HD is still an awesome cover, that's what I have on my truck for over 3.5 years now and it's still holding up great!

Here is mine. Its a Solid Fold. It does not leak and it very strong. It only works with a locking tail gate.

I have the bakflip hd on my dodge and I love it. Super low profile, seems to be water proof, easy install and great functionality. If you want some pics of anything in particular about it let me know.

I plan to put one on my Ford pretty soon.

in doing some research I was finding posts about opening a bakflip with a coat hanger...dont know if anything has changed or not....I feel like if the cover itself doesnt have a lock as well its not gonna be too hard to get into. A roll n Lock or something along those lines may be more what youre looking for

I have the backflip G2
Not bone dry, but works ok.
Recently got a FULL load of logs for fire wood and snapped one of the drain hoses off.
Guess it’s just going to get wetter.
