Tires Look Low??

I just put BFG KO2 (factory size 275/65/18) on my otherwise fairly stock 2011 super cab 4x4. They are LT rated whereas the Cooper AT3 I took off were pmetric. The installer put 35 psi in them and they look a little low to me. Max is like 80psi I think, but I don't see a need to run them with that much. What are you guys running in yours to get the best ride, wear, mileage, etc? I was thinking maybe 50???

I run about 45 psi in mine. Do a chalk test to see what's the perfect amount.

I run my LT Nittos at 50 and they wear great. The BFGs should wear even better.

You mark chalk across your tires and drive forward or back a little ways. You looking for the chalk to be evenly gone. Gone in middle more is too much pressure. More on outside is under inflation.

35 is not way to low while on the low side it is acceptable. Would stay around 40-42 as for ride comfort seems best. Ran my cooper at3's 315/70/17 at 38 till put on new and made 50,000 with them. Running my first gen nitto terras at 40 and they ride great plus best traction tire have run in long time. Unless carrying heavy loads or towing a lot do not need high air pressure.
