Don't know which wheels you have, but I can tell you the chrome clads that were on the chrome package are +44/+43, the machined and black Raptor wheels are +33/+34.
I "think" that's pretty much standard on the 12th gen.
Not sure why everyone has gone to the offset specs, instead of the back spacing like we used to do, to me, that was easier and caused less confusion.

I'm not sure what the offset is on your stock wheels, those are different from my stockers.
I do know, that with the offset of your new ones, they will likely stick out further than your stocks. Other than the Raptor wheel, I thought I read somewhere that all stock wheels on the 12th gen were +43/+44. I can give you the back space on the 18" chromeclads if it helps. Just give me a few, and I'll go measure.

OK. Found this, might help? https://www.wheel-size.com/size/ford/f-150/2012/
My 18X7.5 Chrome clads, have a backspacing of 5 1/2", +44 offset. I just measured them. Your stockers should be the same.
There are 25.4 mm in an inch, so you could figure 32mm difference in offset, the 12mm on the wheels you want, versus the stock 44mm, would be close to 1 1/4" less back space. I think I did that right. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.
I "think" you should likely subtract 1/2", [half the width difference in wheels], and that would bring you to 3/4" less back space,or 4 3/4".
Geez, this math is making my head spin.
Bet I made all that clear as mud.
Again, anyone, feel free to correct or agree, you won't hurt my feelings.
