I am looking for some help if these will fit without trimming.
You should be fine, I'm running a 305/55 on stock 20's and I don't. I at 2.25" height tho.

I'm running the same size ko2s on my 2012 with a 1 1/2 level with no issues. However, if by 2 inch spacer you mean a wheel spacer, that may create an issue. Not sure though on that.

That's a good question, it did cross my mind if he meant a wheel spacer or a strut spacer.
I'm assuming strut, I hope we're right.

I can't say for sure, but I'd bet they may get into the plastic at the rear of the fender. I'm wanting to say mine get pretty close with the wheels cut. I'd be afraid that if they stuck out a couple more inches they'd hit. But mine only has an inch and a half level and I also have the factory style mud flaps, which may make it look closer. If I get a chance tomorrow evening I will get a couple pics with the wheels cut and post them.

No spacer, I rotated them and added the spacers this morning at 6:30am.

1/4" spacer added rear

1/4" spacer added front

The rear seems to be more noticeable than the front. I'll post a better pic from a distance. I dunno if I have any before pics from afar.

I got a minute after work to take a pic of the tire clearance with the wheels cut. Kinda hard to tell, especially looking at it in 2D, but as you can maybe see it gets kinda tight at the back side of the fender. Like I said though, I'm only running a 1 1/2 inch level, so if yours is a little taller, that may give you plenty of room for the extra 2 inches. Just looking at it, you may get some rubbing at full lock. Of course I may be totally wrong. That has happened once or twice. Sorry about the sideways pics.
