Yes I know that. I was using 37s as an example. I ran 295/70r18s for 30k and had no problems with 3.55 gears. You will have no problem

I'm looking for advice that I can't seem to find in the current PDF....

2012 XLT 4x4 -- I'm working on purchasing a set of OEM Raptor SVT Rims 17x8.5 34mm offset (6.09 backspace)

I'm going to add a 2" leveling kit to fit the new tires, BUT I'm not sure how wide I should/can go.

I don't mind the tires sticking out under an inch from the fenders. But I don't want any rubbing, or any hassle from the local PD.

I've seen many folks go with 285/70R17 or 295/70R17, but I haven't seen good enough photos to tell how far their tires were sticking out.

Thanks again for your help!

I run 295/65/R20 on stock wheels with the same size and backspacing as the raptor take-offs. The tires are 35.1X11.8 and don't stick out at all and look amazing IMO.

So, if I were to run 305/55/20's on stock rims with a 2.5" front lift and 3.73 gears, I should be OK?

Yeah, that's only a 33.4" tire. You'll fit that all day long.

Procomp Prorunner front with Bilstein 5100 rears and Raptor rear blocks. Method NV 17x8.5 0 offset with 315/70r17 Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ P3. My Bilsteins came in damaged so 4wheelparts threw on the Procomp for me until the Bilsteins come off backorder again. May just stick with the Procomps tho, they ride great. Only had minor rubbing on front bumper valance, we trimmed that up and now full clearance lock to lock. (Ignore my buddy in the pic)
