Just installed 35" toyo MTs on RTX Thunder Rims. 20x8.5 with +15 offset. 1.5" AS level. Fit great. Minimal trimming on front air dam thing. No rubbing, lock to lock.

I just bought a 2010 F150 4x4 Lariat that currently has stock highway style tires on it 275/65/18. What I want to accomplish with my new truck is to put a better tire on it due to the fact that I will be towing a two horse bumper pull trailer with it and if I happen to get stuck in mud/snow/sand, I want to know I will be able to have a dependable tire. I also want my tire to look beefier and make my truck appear more "rugged", without taking away to much mpg or power. I have the V8 in my truck. The tire that I have set my sights on is a 275/70/18 or a 33.2x10.8. This size is slightly bigger than my stock 32 however, it is the same width. Can I fit this tire without rubbing and without having to buy a leveling kit. I would prefer to keep my stock rims and stock ride height.

You should be fine stock height. Any ideas on which actual tire yet?

I have a set of 275/65r20 nitto terra grapplers sitting in my living room....yup, my living room. It's a long story.... At any rate, anybody know if they will fit on my 2014 fx4 without adding a level? I don't want any rubbing. If i do need a level, what size should I go with? And, one last question - when u add a spacer up front, do you have to add rear blocks? Or I guess, why do guys add rear blocks? Just to add extra room for when they do have to tow something?

Basically, at this point, I don't tow much. I do a lot of highway, and unfortunately, city driving. I would like my truck to be level, or keep just a small amount of that factory rake, I think it looks AWFUL when the nose is higher than the tail.

Thanks in advance for your help!!!!

-tires is a 34x11 not sure if that will fit without a level.

-if you get a level 2" in the front is all you need. diff companies and different truck set up differently with a level, but a 2" is all you need. you can do a 2.5 front with new rear block if you want. if you do a 2" and it sits high you can throw in a bigger block or aal.

-no when you add a spacer you do not have to add a rear block. your only adding a rear block or aal when your front is higher than the rear. thats why i suggest a 2". my autospring is sold as a 2" spacer but actually a little taller than a 1.5". once installed on truck and aligned it brought my up 2" and i did not touch the rear.

i bought my 34" nitto terras and put them on stock wheels with 2" front only. have never had rubbing issues. i have 8/32nd left on the tread with 51k miles on the tires. should get 60K before they are down to 2/32nd.

Truck is a little dirty wasnt a great day for pictures either.

Brand new Method Mesh MR306 17x8.5 0mm wtih 285/75r17 (34x11.5) Nitto AT

I switched from fuel krank 20x9 with Nitto Trail Grappler 295/60r20 best switch ever. I love having 17's over the 20's. I also saved 40Lbs of unsprung weight! I can't wait to add fox 2.0 shocks front and rear with some UCA's.
