I know I should read through the pages of this thread, but at 261, that's a tall order. I'm going to be replacing my Scorpions with either the Toyo Open Country AT II Extremes in LT285/55R20 or the Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs in a LT285/60R20. Before I get the tires, I will be running a leveling kit, whether it be Readylift, Daystar or Rancho Quicklifts, and I'd like to stick with the stock rims. Any experiences?

Ok, posting just looking for a green light to proceed further knowing I'll encounter no issues and need no more parts.

2013 SuperCrew XLT 4X4 3.55 with 18" OEM Chrome Clad Wheels

Front and rear Bilstein 5100 sets arrive today. Will use the OEM wheels. Been researching the past few days and have initially decided upon the Goodyear Wrangler AT/S (LT275/65R18)(32.1") or Goodyear SilentArmor (LT275/70R18)(33.2") tires.

Considering which setting I should utilize on the front 5100's, I should note that at some point I'll be installing a Ranch Hand Legacy Grill Guard to the truck as well.

Good or more to consider? I thought I was set then started noticing that many are using blocks in the rear so I want to ensure I am not overlooking anything.

Just wanted to quickly say thank you to this forum. I have spent the past 2 months reviewing this tread to find the exact set up I wanted. Probably wouldn't have ended up as happy as I am without reading everyone elses experiences.

I ended up with a AutoSpring 2.5" front lift and 3" rear block replacement on my 4x4. 18x9 Method Double standard wheels with +18mm offset. Falken 305/65R18 Rocky Mountain ATS (wildpeak ATS).

I had the wheels and tires prior to installing the lift and didnt notice any rubbing at full turn. So if anyone is looking to up the tire without the lift, it was a good tires size.

The lift was definitely more difficult to install than I originally anticipated. Once you remove the spring/shock assembly its a pain in the @#$# to get back in. That's what took me the longest. Make sure if you are going to install it yourself you have a good set of metric impact sockets. Your going to need them.

AND Of course, pictures to show it off! Picture includes prior to lift and after.

ok... it's not the diameter of the 17 inch wheel you need to worry about... It's the offset.

I personally like the look of more tire and less wheel. Most people say "oh you are just like all the other guys who have the same wheels, that's not very original." but then these same people are running Fuel or XD wheels lol and SOOOO many people have them.

man.. the 17" methods are 4.75 and the 18" are 5.75. your raptor wheels are like 6. those differences seem like a lot, but i don't know what im talking about. less back spacing has the wheel stuck out more or less?

Someone who is more experienced in that area should answer... Don't want to steer you down the wrong path. Be patient and get what will fit. Don't get too antsy in your pantsy.

i hear you. i'm not ordering till i'm 100% sure. i'm pretty sure more backspacing tucks the wheels in more n less backspacing pushes it out. which if thats the case then i think the 17x8.5 6x135mm 0/4.75 will fit.
