OK...I wasn't expecting this much of an impact...
Changed from the OEM Pirelli Scorpion 275/55/20 to the Cooper Zeon LTZ 275/60/20 (slightly bigger diameter). Added the Zone 2.5" leveling kit, and had it aligned, with alignment report meeting Zone recommended specifications. Dropped 2 MPG! OUCH!!!

Yeah that sucks is the tires or is the alignment the cause of that.? I personally wouldn't think a slightly bigger tire would cause that much of a difference.

im goign to say probably not. its a hit or miss just fitting the 295/75r18 which are 11.7" wide. some ppl dont have a prob with no rubbing and some ppl do.

do you really want a 13.4" wide tire on your stock 7.5" wheel. may just be better off going with the 295s

just put at 3" leveling kit in front and 1.75 shackles in the rear. put on 35" 295/70/r18's nitto terra grapplers. had to shave some out of the rear fender (fwd rocker) and plastic under bumper. now it fits fine and lost 4mpg to boot. YAY

Just got through every post. Great information here, pics really help everyone out.

I have a 2012 screw 4X4 w/ stock 275/55R20 Perellis.

Here's what I'm considering:
Blisteins all around w/1" lift in the front.
Replace factory 1.5" block with a 2.5" block (1" total lift in rear & front).
20X9 wheels w/+20 offset
305/55R20 All Terrain (BFG, or something similar). Not a fan of aggressive sidewalls
OR:
295/60R20

Anyone have pics with just a 1" lift all around with a slight offset (+18 to +30) with tire sizes listed?

Thanks again for this thread OP!

2 mpg drop according to the truck's dash computer? Or measured at the pump? The speedometer & odometer are understated with larger tires. The dash computer's average MPG's are understated as well. With that said, I wouldn't be too surprised if there was a 2 mpg drop measured at the pump. My truck came with lower roll resistance tires, so switching those out alone hurts mpg, regardless of increasing tire size.
