Tailgate hardware

Tailgate hardware
Hi everyone, first time truck owner. I got a 2013. F150 that actually came with a life gate on and the tailgate sitting in the bed. Ended up selling the liftgate and finally getting around to wanting to put on the tailgate but I’ll missing a lot of the hardware. I’ve tried a few junkyards by me with not much luck. Any help narrowing down the parts list would be lots of help. Thanks

I have spent 6 years looking for a USED tailgate for 2009-2014 F150
there are none on this planet and never will be
I have found dozens and dozens for 2004-2009 F150 and even more for 2014-2023 I could go get one right now from a huge stack
mine is pretty dented up but now it doesnt matter because the truck is toward THE END
it will be available for scrap soon because ford made them deliberately unfixable but it was a good run

I had no such luck, never even found an overpriced one myself, and no intention to spend $1000's just to replace some dents, I was referring to finding a used tailgate within reason (under $500 like in the old days)
now It is too late, I dont even care anymore , the truck is near the end , it could go down any day now and it wont be worth it to make it go again but maybe this info can help someone decide

Well, OP has the gate, just nothing to attach it to the truck.

$3000 for a paint matched tailgate on a wore out dispose-a-truck with the 5.4 booby trap motor is not an option
and yes I searched and searched and found nothing they are very rare for 2009-2014 for some reason
after a few years I just gave up as I learned my truck was intended to be disposable , single use, trhow away
this was Pre-COVID
there may be a lot of undented tailgates available now as these trucks are starting to hit the scrap pile in scores as they are exspecially " financially unservicable " ( like most motor vehicles )
the point was made to share the experiences I had with trying to upgrade my mashed up thin flimsy tailgate for years

( as long as you want to take out a mortgage for a white four door stretch limo with a 5' plastic bucket hanging off the back and willing to pay 30% over insurance or financial institution accepted retail )
