Question Tire Wear

My truck is a 4wd 2013 Super Crew Cab, 6.5 bed. my problem is the front tires are wearing on the outside only. It stays straight on the road, no vibrations or noise. Steering wheel is straight. No wobble or jerking. Tires are not cupping. planning on taking it to shop to get Any ideas? I bought the t alignment this week.

You need a front end alignment, then a tire rotation. Get the worn tires on the rear to help even out the wear patter.

I don't know what "bought the t alignment means". If you mean you just had an alignment done, then just rotate the tires and you should be okay.
There are 3 adjustments to an alignment, not all of them cause it to wander or for the steering wheel to be not-centered.

Cupping tires generally indicates a worn shock -the tire is dribbling down the road like a basket ball, increasing/decreasing wear every mile at random parts of the tire due to random heavy/light contact patches.

Default Tow a lot?

Mine wore outside of front like that from new. Independent tire shop I use checked alignment in spec twice over about the first 30k+ or so.

Went in for it’s third set of tires around the 60k mark. Talked to the alignment guy and let him know the truck tows fairy light and often. Said he try something else, would place a couple hundred pounds on the tailgate, and might cheat specs. I do not actually know what he did other than fix the excessive tire wear exhibited from the factory.

Current LT 275/65-18 KO2s at 50k are down to 5/32” with even wear. They get rotated every 5k. Usually ran 45/42 unloaded, 45/45 loaded. Sometimes 50/50.

Does t alignment mean thrust alignment? That’s what my tire shop used on mine.

Fred 1951...
As 16IngotFX4 and Barry_Vee noted... Wheel alignment.

While the shop will (or should) inspect the suspension components prior to the alignment, you can do them/yourself a favor and do the inspection yourself beforehand. hint: Ball joints, control arm bushings, tie rod ends, etc..

I hope not, because you can't adjust that.
