Tire Rotation
I am gonna rotate my tires myself. Do I swap front to rear on same side of vehicle ? Also, do you guys who do this lubricate the lugs with anything? What torque do you use on the lug nuts ?
Thanks for any advice

Manual says cross fronts to the back and pull the backs to the front.
My dealer just switches same side no crossing.
I don't use and lubricant or never sieze on studs. Never have. Not sure what the dealer is doing on it. I haven't rotated the F150 tires myself yet.

front tires go straight back, back tires cris-cross forward.
so driver front goes driver rear and driver rear goes passenger front and so on.
no lube on lug nuts but it doesnt hurt to clean any rust off the rotor between the wheel and rotor.
lug nut torque on factory wheels is 150ftlbs.

- *required* for directional-tread tires.
- minimizes the possibility of ply separation.

I just let the dealership do it. Much easier than jacking the truck up, putting it on stands and doing it myself. Especially when they change the oil and rotate the tires for 39$.

Never put any lube or antisieze or anything on the lugs. Adding anything will prevent proper lug torque.
Lugs should be wire brushed of any rust and dirt, and assembled dry.
antisieze or hi temp grease on the hub face and bore is acceptable.
