Is it constantly on or does it sporadically light up? I had a very interesting thing happen with my truck, TPMS fault would light up about 3/4 of the time I started the truck and my remote start was working even worse than normal. I was thinking oh great another weird issue with this truck. Turns out, the TPMS works over RF signal and others had seen issues with the TPMS from some sort of RF interference- I had bought a cheap car charger at a gas station a week before. That car charger was sending out some interference that affected both the TPMS and remote lock/start. Unplugged the car charger and haven't had an issue since. Wouldn't have believed it if it didn't happen to me.

Excerpted from the Ford Motorcraft Tire Pressure Monitoring System document ...
Some aftermarket devices can cause radio frequency interference that will block the TPMS sensor signal causing an intermittent concern. This can cause the TPMS lamp to illuminate. Some of the more common items are: cell phone chargers, GPS power supplies, or any other aftermarket electronic device. Unplugging the aftermarket devices can help determine if they are the cause of an intermittent concern.
So ... If aftermarket devices aren't an issue (excerpted from the owner's manual) ...
Flashing warning light - If the tires are properly inflated and the spare tire is not in use but the light remains on, contact your authorized dealer as soon as possible.

Did it start after you had your lift and tires put on? Mine was doing the same thing about a week after I got lifted and it turns out the TPMS sensors that were ordered with my setup were wrong. The shop put my old factory sensors on and I haven't had a problem since. Hope you figure it out.
