Default Tire pressure sensor

I have a 2013 ford explorer. I know this is a f150 forum but I am going to ask anyway lol. I have a bad tire pressure sensor. Is this a dealer repair only or are there shops that can replace sensor and program it? Any suggestions on where I could get it replaced. By the way warranty is over.

Any tire shop should be able to handle it.

^^^ A tire shop will definitely be capable and cheaper, and they can properly program it, unless TPMS is covered under warranty (not sure).

EDIT: didn't finish reading to see you were out of warranty

He said he was out of warranty. But if he wasn't it would have been covered, mine was.
