Time for a supercharger
Been looking at trading for a diesel but have decided to save the money and upgrade my 10 f150. Does anyone have recommendations on a supercharger? I am at almost 200,000 miles and gather parts to rebuild the motor and upgrade to all forged parts. Probably going to upgrade cams as well. I consistently all around over 1,000 pounds of weight in the bed it is a work truck. I also pull a 30 foot camper from time to time. I have pulled it almost 10,000 miles sense February. Once this is complete the trans and rear end will be next.

Buy the diesel and be done with it. End of story
He didn't say if it was a 5.4, 5.0 or 6.2. Supercharging any engine with nearly 200,000 miles on it is asking for trouble. Even then your transmission, axles, and suspension.
Your never going to get diesel "performance" out of a gas engine. Even with forced induction your not going to have the strength of the heavier axles and stronger transmission to handle those kinds of loads.
I agree with a twin screw type supercharger. I had a similar set up on a 5.3 Silverado with a magnacharger. I can tell you from personal experience the supercharger is definitely fun when unloaded. However once you have a load on and constantly find your self in and out of boost at part throttle it's not so fun. Also fuel mileage while towing is going to suffer greatly. In addition your going to be running 93 octane all the time and that's going to be costly with how much you drive.
Personally I went from the supercharged 5.3 to a 6.7 cummins and the difference was night and day especially when towing.

In my opinion I think the diesel may be the way to go. You will be well over 10k in that engine with the charger, parts and install. I'm lucky to get 12mpg empty driving easy. It's going to cost you a lot towing that amount of miles.
However, if you do get a supercharger, there aren't a lot of options for the 09-10. I think roush and edelbrock(which I have) are the only ones. I contacted whipple, they don't have a kit for 09-10. I've had a lot of fun with mine..

I am not interested in a diesel been down that road the maintenance is not worth it. I don't like how high they sit trying to work out of one is a pain. They ride like crap as well. I had a 04 6.0 and a 08 6.4 both killed me on repairs belive it or not I had less issues with the 6.0. The truck I have now is a 5.4. 2010 f150 crew long bed 4x4. Makes good power just needs a little help. As far as suspension it has all been replaced it is lowered 3/5 and has helper bags. I have a SCT live wire in it and need to get some custom tunes made.

Well you have possibly the worst taste in diesels ever. The 6.0 is great when it's not fighting headgasket or EGR issues. And the 6.4 is a hot rod until the turbos die or it blows the gaskets.
A duramax or cummins would have definitely been a better choice. Or if you wanted to stick with ford definitely a 7.3 or 6.7.
Any way it sounds like you are set on keeping the 5.4 and your lucky since you already have the 6 speed auto. I don't think rebuilding your high mileage 5.4 for boost would be the best option. If your set on doing it supercharger your current engine with a twin screw set up and invest in good tuning. Go with a larger upper pully and keep boost low 6 pounds or so. Keep enough funds in the bank to buy or build a long block if your motor fails.
Do not waste your money on cams. Your 5.4 cams are already about the best you can get for towing. Most performance cams are not going to be ideal for towing and hauling so you might actually decrease your low end torque.
What gears are correctly in your truck?
