Time for a change
So tried searching for this topic and didn't see it. I own a 2013 F150 Platinum with Sync 3 upgraded years ago. I want to install a tesla 14.5 screen and aftermarket 360 birdseye. Unfortunaly don't have the sync 2 apim. Would I be better off buying old apim? Or trying to make the new apim work in a screen designed for sync 2?
Also, if anyone has added birds eye, true spliced overhead camera feeds and has any insight, Id appreciate it. Not afraid of the wiring, I install aircraft avionics/mods for a living.
Thanks

no wire nuts unless you also get the Digital tv bundle
Its plug and play.
So doesn't matter which sync is currently installed? This screen will work. How's the 360 camera install and quality? Have tried to find info on this and can't seem to find a video or information on a 12th Gen f150 with Birdseye. Thanks
I had sync1 pretty easy install.
California time, call them for ur questions.
