I ordered my SCT X3 on Fri and had it loaded on Tues. Wow what a difference. I would have done it a lot sooner if I knew it could make such a difference.

What tunes did you get , and can you keep us updated on changes/improvents and general feedback on the tune. I am thinking about a tune myself , yet I am really happy with pretty much all the stock characteristics of the truck, especially the tow/haul strategy's for my application.

I got the 87 economy,87 performance, 93 performance/tow.

I got the exact same tunes from them for my 2011 5.0 and I can feel a difference in acceleration, shifting and power. 2 Thumbs up to 5 star

What is a ballpark price on programmer with custom tunes? 5 star that is.

Price is about $400 with the 5 star. I looked at others that were cheaper but Mike is the man.

Super chips etc you talk to some sales guy. Mike knows what he is doing. I expect my tuner to arrive any day now.

Any MPG savings or just performance? Couldn't get any 5.0L MPG #s on 5 Star site.

ps on our 5.0L F150 hwy mpg i am seeing 23-24 with the 87 perf/tow tune.
